How do I pay for my order?

We use the PayPal express checkout and Shopify online payment systems. You can pay with either debit or credit card. Please see the Shopify and PayPal websites for their user agreements and security arrangements. Just follow the checkout process and you should be fine.

Processing of orders

We will process and ship your order within 2 business days, once payment is received. Olioko will always indicate on our website if an item is currently out of stock. However, if you order multiple items and the availability of the item changes during the transaction, we will contact you within 2 business days with the option to either hold your order until new stock arrives, ship the additional stock separately or refund part of your order. If you choose not to wait, you can either exchange the backordered items or receive a refund. 


All prices are in Australian dollars. Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from Olioko product prices available elsewhere.  

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling costs are a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia. We use Australia Post parcel post service. We offer free shipping for any order over $100 within Australia. Freight is automatically removed from checkout when items in your cart reach $100.

If you need your items urgently or you wish to have goods sent via registered post, we can arrange this at a higher freight rate. Just email us at 

Standard post generally takes between 2-7 days for delivery within Australia whereas Express Post is guaranteed delivery within 1-2 days, depending on delivery location. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us by phone or email.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will need to charge postage for the second delivery processed for those products (upon return of the original parcel). 

Do you ship internationally?

We can do! Please email us at and we will discuss what items you’d like to purchase, where you’d like them to go and any special requirements. We’ll arrange a postage quote for you and take it from there.

Olioko is not responsible for any importing fees, duties or tariffs levied by your country of entry. It’s up to you to be aware of your country’s importing rules.

Our Products

Please note that while we have taken great care in describing and visually representing our products accurately, there may still be variations in the dimensions, colour and fabric placement of our products. 

Goods may be shipped to you with care and maintenance instructions and to maintain the quality of your product it is essential that you follow these instructions. We do not refund or replace goods that are damaged by misuse, including by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

What is the Olioko returns/refunds policy?

In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will normally ask that the item be shipped back to us for inspection.

If we conclude the item is faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer, we will contact you and offer to replace the item or refund the full purchase price. We'll refund the costs required to ship a faulty item to us for inspection and cover any shipping costs required to replace it.

If you wish to return your item for any other reason (such as a change of mind) you will be responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund or exchange in these circumstances, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
